Whoo-hoo! I can’t wait for the work day to be over. I’m really looking forward to my trip to Montana. It will be really cool to reconnect with some old friends and just spend some time in a new environment for a couple days. It’ll be interesting to see how I feel about the dry plains now that I’ve been in the Pacific Northwest for a while.
I’m not sure how much e-mail access I’ll have while I’m there. I’m bringing my laptop, but don’t know if there will be any convenient wireless hook-ups. And looking at the Verizon coverage map, I can’t tell for sure if I’ll get reception in Bozeman, so don’t freak out if you don’t hear from me over the weekend.
I’m leaving tonight (I fly out at 8pm) and then I’ll be riding back with Patrick and Richard on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning, so send good travel thoughts my way.
I’m feeling pretty sleepy today (a certain someone kept me up past my bedtime last night, and also had to wake up early in order to get to work on time), so I’m hoping I’ll be able to nap on the plane. Between taking the bus to the airport and getting there 2 hours early, I don’t have time for a nap after work. But it’s all worth it. In fact, it’s quite flattering to have someone willing to drive up to the city *and* get up early to make it to work in the morning, just for the chance to spend an evening with little ol’ me.
