1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream (any flavor)

Mix. Bake at 350 until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes I think, but I forgot to time it).

Made it last night, and it works great. I decided that I would probably rather just have the ice cream, as the bread isn’t as sweet and creamy (obviously). But this way, you can have portable Ben and Jerry’s. How cool would it be to break out the Cherry Garcia on a hiking trip? Or take Half Baked to the outdoor potluck?
