I am standing on the edge of the ocean in a wet wetsuit. It is 40 degrees outside, the water temperature is about 45 degrees, the wind is blowing 20 miles an hour, and I am being pelted by heavy rain. The wind blows hard enough that I can feel the reverberations on the taut neoprene fabric stretched across the small of my back. I can’t count so fast, but I guess it’s around 12 pulses per second, making it a sound just lower than the lowest key on a standard piano.

I am standing on the edge of the ocean in a wet wetsuit being played like an instrument by the wind. I feel immensely content.
