I started an experiment today, of waking up at 4am and going to bed at 8pm. I think this would actually work really well for my natural biorhythms if I could get in the habit of it. Also, it has been a very long time since I’ve had all my required work done for the day before 1pm. It’s a little disorienting, and I’m not sure what to do with myself for the next 7 hours.
